Returns
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including
original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund
less shipping.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original
condition and packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages,
unless we made an error.
In order for one of you to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number
from our customer service department. RMA requests are only processed within 7 days of the
receipt of the order.
To obtain a RMA - please use our contact form and be specific regarding the reason for the RMA Request.
Returns must be received within 25 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.
Please include the following information:
1. Full name and address
2. Phone number
3. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available)
4. The reason for returning the merchandise
5. RMA number

Once we receive a return from you (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account (less any restocking or shipping fees if applicable) and notify you and either replace the product or credit your account at our discretion.
